Minimal Intervention Treatment

Micro-needling

Vitiligo’s Micro-needling treatment is considered a minimally invasive intervention. It is done mainly in slow depigmenting patches, post-transplantation, and in improving color and texture match is transformed vitiligo. The microneedles normally consist of 38 to 42-miniature needles or nanoneedles. Micro-needling is done as an OPD procedure. There are several options in this kind of treatment, and it is one of the latest vitiligo treatments.

Growth Factor Enhanced Micro-needling (GEM)

Micro-needling is done under topical anesthesia. Advanced microneedles technique is used alone or along with a concoction of growth factors and vitamins+ minerals to achieve repigmentation by proliferation and migration of cells or color and texture mismatch correction with collagen remodeling. It is done once a month for 4 to 6 times. This method is helpful in slow depigmenting patches.

Collagen Remodeling Micro needling with or without radiofrequency (CRM)

Here the micro-needling process is used the varying intensity of radiofrequency—this process is used in modified vitiligo post cell transplantation to reduce color and texture mismatch. Minimal six sittings needed and done every month.
